Watch your inbox for spam, it seems to be particularly heavy all of the sudden. If it looks weird, don't click on the link. As an extra precaution, if you see something come through without a subject line, delete it right away!
If you have been hacked, or you open a message that is spam, change your password and notify all of your groups. Other mods might not be as forgiving. I just got banned from another ML because I didn't think it would be a problem. Don't take chances. They ban you, they ban you forever.
