Hey, you're not just some trend follower if you truly love the books when you read them, no matter if it was before they became popular or after. If you really love the books that Stephenie Meyer wrote, if you feel like her characters are your best friends, if you wish you could visit the world she created, if you're constantly looking around for you own Edward (or Jacob, or Emmett, or whoever)-and really, what girl who loves Twilight isn't? I know *I* am! ^_^-then you are a true fan, and that's what really counts.

Whether you discovered the books on your own, because you heard about them so much, because of a friend or even because of the movies, as long as you truly love these books, it doesn't matter.

cause i hate how it makes me feel like im following a trend just for the heck of it, even though i know its not that way. but im just glad i read them at all.

i remember i have seen the books all over the school for 2 years and i was alwasy wondering "why does everyone read these?"

and so when my friend jessica got the book, i borrowed it & fell in LOVE & instantly KNEW why they read them & what the big fuss was about. its incredible how the crowd gets larger and more commited each year,

Probably because they turned it into a movie and people don't like "popular" things, like lots of kids don't like Hannah Montana just because its popular...why not the same with this?
